Put Your SELF on the SHELF

How to LISTEN Well in order to LEAD Well

with Dr. Sara Musgrove & Dr. Keith Eigel

The most effective leaders know they must start by meeting others where they are. In order to do that, you just be intentional about learning where the other is coming from. The absolute best way to do that is through active listening and what we call "putting yourself on the shelf."

Join us for this free 1-hour webinar where we'll walk you through step-by-step how to "put your self on the shelf" so that you can listen with curiosity.

Where will you benefit by learning to PUT YOUR SELF ON THE SHELF?

Do you struggle to listen well and not get defensive when talking with someone with a different opinion?

With family members
With colleagues
With your boss
When receiving feedback
With people with different social, political, or religious opinions

Learning how to listen in a way that seeks understanding before being understood is one of the most powerful and applicable skillsets you can learn. Whether you are in a disagreement with a coworker, trying to resolve a conflict with a family member, or trying to build a bridge across social divides, the skills covered in this webinar will help you learn to listen with curiosity and create a safe space for the other person to share their thoughts.
